about

A song originally written in 2002 and meant for Endless Fields of Poppy, we for some reason never got around to recording a full-band version. It’s just as well, since it would have just sounded like Tripping Day’s “Your Socks Have No Name”, which I totally ripped off anyways. Written for my friend and mentor Mark Douglas, who was killed by a drunk driver. This is a solo acoustic version recorded right after the album, for an online compilation album called RDV, a tribute to Ricky Vance.
